GPS Signal loss

When flying an automated mission, the navigation relies on having proper GPS signals.

For DJI drones the following will happen, when the GPS signal is getting to weak to be relied on:
  1. The Drone Flight mode automatically switches out of P into Atti mode.
  2. The mission is aborted and the drone hovers, waiting for the pilot to take over manual control by using his remote control. Note, that the hover functionality of DJI has to rely purely on non-GPS related sensor data. Meaning that if there are strong winds or visual sensor interferences, it is likely that your drone will start to shift by itself.
