Recovering deleted flight logs?

I just realized flight logs are deleted by default after one week. Are they now lost forever or is a copy stored somewhere in the cloud or does anybody have any idea of how to get them back?

Btw I would consider changing the default setting, as this behaviour is quite unexpected, and .txt files are not that large anyway.

Thanks!

Unfortunately, the Drone Harmony log files are not recoverable. There should still be a DJI log of that flight that is recorded by the DJI SDK that we use. It is written on your mobile device under the following directory:
\DJI\com.droneharmony.planner\FlightLogs\
In order to access the file either connect your mobile device to a computer or use one of the file browsing software for Android (e.g. "ES File explorer").

Find the latest log file there and then parse it using:
http://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/Upload/

We added the default flushing of log files since the log files actually can take up quite a lot of memory space: Drone Harmony logs 10 times per second a text line into the log file.

We are sorry that this behavior was unexpected and agree with you that this is an issue. We will develop a better approach to this, I documented it here: https://ideas.droneharmony.com/ideas/DHPLANNER-I-228
