Signing in to DH

Not sure if anybody else has experienced this little problem, if I turn on my RC and Drone and connect GO app to check everthing, then close GO and force stop it, then start DH everthing connects ok but I'm not signed in to my account. So I have to turn off RC and Drone and close DH. Re boot my tablet (lenovo tab4 8 plus) start DH now I'm signed in to my account. So now I turn on RC and Drone and everthing is ok. It seems whatever I do I need to start DH first and check I'm signed in then turn on RC and Drone. This is with Phantom 3 standard.

Hi ozzyp3s,

I assume that by signing in you refer to signing in with DJI within Drone Harmony? If that is correct, you can do this now directly through the Menu without a need to restart of anything:

Menu -> Drone -> Login to DJI

Let me know if that helped, or if I misunderstood and you have actually DH login problems with your google account. I doubt though, as DJI go 4 should have zero impact on this process.

Best,
Martin

Hi Martin

Sorry if I didn't explain clearly, I do mean DH account. I just used the GO app as an example, even if I use DH first if I turn on RC and AC connect to wi-fi on my tablet then open DH the Drone connects to DH but I'm not signed in my Google accont. But if I open DH first then go through RC and AC procedure I'm signed in. Not a big problem it just means if I want to check callibrations first at a new site I have to turned everthing off and on again.

We have identified the cause of this problem (related to cached user keys). I'll keep you updated on our progress.

We will release this week an update which should resolve this issue.
