Loosing connection during Trial period

Today, during one of the flights in my trial period, I lost connection with my Mavic Pro Platinum.
My smartphone was in "airplane mode". No connection to Wifi or whatever.
While the drone was performing a mission the message popped up only 3 days where left in my trial period. Subscripition........ etc. At the same time the connection was lost. After closing the pop-up message about subscribing the connection did not recover.
Luckily, after pushing the H button on my controler, the drone responded to the RTH command. My controller showed that the same flight level was kept and the distance decreased steadily.

Probably a good idea to program the subscription message in such way that it won't pop-up while performing a mission.

Hi Rob,

Thanks for the feedback. I'll chat with the devs about this. We also do not want to have popups during mission execution.

One clarification, if I may ask for: Did your RC lose connection to the drone, or did your smartphone lose connection to the RC (usb connection)?

Hi Martin,

The connection between RC and drone was lost, right at the time the pop-up appeared. Smartphone and RC connection thru USB (port at the bottom) was OK.
Tried to quit DH which took too long, because I felt unsure about the drone behaviour. Therefore I pushed the Home button on the RC, where I could see my drone was responding by keeping FL of 100 m and distance decreased steadily.

Trust that this issue will be taken care of soon.
