Load & Sync Error

Good Morning,
Using the app on my tablet, When I go to Load & Sync I get error "Sync is disabled". Any suggestions?
I have signed on to the app before I use the feature.

Hello,
To turn sync on please go to the web app:
https://app.droneharmony.com/

sign in with the same user, then on the right top corner click on the profile icon and go into Profile->Mobile Sync, enable sync and then restart the mobile app, go to Load & Sync in the app, it should be on now.
