Hello,
To turn sync on please go to the web app:
https://app.droneharmony.com/
sign in with the same user, then on the right top corner click on the profile icon and go into Profile->Mobile Sync, enable sync and then restart the mobile app, go to Load & Sync in the app, it should be on now.

We released an update (version 1.7.1) that fixes this issue, now the launch should work also with latest DJI firmware for Mavic 2.

We reproduced the issue (it happens after latest MP2 firmware update), we will try to find a workaround and publish an app update in the coming days.

Hi Jochen, We didn't exterience this issues with our MP2 during tests. It could be that the issue relates to parameters that are specific to your mission and that the DJI library behaviours is different for MP2, it would be helpful if you could send the mission to us using the "Export State" feature...

Judging by that message in the play store, it is highly likely that the device is not completely compatible.
